I think I have a mild obsession with this chick. I would love to see her head on a stick, but I just realized for the last 3 weeks, shes pretty much all I’ve blogged about. Oh well, there’s bigger fish to fry in the blogging world… LIKE SARAH PALIN CHEETOS!
No joke, someone has put up a Cheeto on Ebay that the seller claims is an exact replica of Gov. Palin holding her baby girl Trig. This goes way beyond all those weird ‘Jesus Grilled Cheeses’ we see pop up every now and then, simply because the given snack food bares no resemblance to any person, or anything edible, at all. Maybe this guy is onto something though… think of the food sponsorship opportunities. Palin branded elk jerky! Prunes in the shape of John McCain’s head!

My first post-barista job was as a telemarketer raising funds for Bill Clinton, the California Democratic Party, United Farm Workers and the like during the 1996 Presidential Campaign. Yeah, sounds like a good cause, but I later found out the people I was working for were not on the up and up. Ever since then I’ve been reluctant to give political organizations any of my damn money.
Still, presidencies are on not won on the strength of the figureheads, but by money and PR. I want Nader to fuck right off and the McCain/What’sHerName ballot to sink like cement shoes because Obama still hasn’t sold off ALL his ideals and might make a better president than the others. With that in mind, I’m far more likely to write a song and donate it to BarackRock.org.

Did You Know: John McCain Owns 13 Cars

As reported online this weekend by Newsweek, a search of public vehicle records finds that John McCain and his wife own 13 cars, as opposed the one owned by Barack Obama and his wife. Whatever this means, if anything is up to you of course, but a few of the makes call into question McCain’s previous assertions that he has “bought American all his life.” It also, of course, goes alongside the previously discussed matter of how many houses the McCain’s own (eight, in a few different states) as opposed to the Obama’s single residence in Chicago. Georgia Congressman Lynn Westmoreland Makes Himself Look Like an Idiot…Again

Virginia GEORGIA (thanks anon) Congressman Lynn Westmoreland, who despite wanting to display the 10 Commandments in the Halls of Congress, famously couldn’t name them when asked on camera by Stephen Colbert (as shown in the video above) made himself look even more like an idiot today when he called Barack Obama “uppity” while discussing his new hero Sarah Palin:
“Just from what little I’ve seen of her and Mr. Obama, Sen. Obama, they’re a member of an elitist-class individual that thinks that they’re uppity,” Westmoreland said.
Asked to clarify that he used the word “uppity,” Westmoreland said, “Uppity, yeah.”
Of course, he omitted the second word that almost always follows a Southerner’s use of the term uppity in reference to a black man who is acting a little above his station, but anybody with a brain knows what he means. Ah! AMERICA!!

But her underage, preggo slutty daughter is kind of hot. Too bad the Sarah Palin has plans to cut support for unwed teenage mothers. Ironic lulz.
ST. PAUL — Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the Republican vice-presidential nominee who revealed Monday that her 17-year-old daughter is pregnant, earlier this year used her line-item veto to slash funding for a state program benefiting teen mothers in need of a place to live.
After the legislature passed a spending bill in April, Palin went through the measure reducing and eliminating funds for programs she opposed. Inking her initials on the legislation — “SP” — Palin reduced funding for Covenant House Alaska by more than 20 percent, cutting funds from $5 million to $3.9 million. Covenant House is a mix of programs and shelters for troubled youths, including Passage House, which is a transitional home for teenage mothers.
They later say that the family has asked for the media to respect their daughter’s privacy. Yea, with /b/ scouring the internetz for any pics they can get of her, I’m sure that’ll happn…
