Lights in the city. GRL’s ‘Mobile Broadcast Unit’ can write on walls and get away without any prosecution a great deal of the time. Take a DLP projector, an astronomy camera, a laptop, some OF software, a Tricycle, a generator and/or battery/inverter combination and an outlawed laser pointer, mix them all together, and you have yourself an official ‘Mobile Broadcast Unit.’ Check it out in action below.
