Brilliant and productive! For a mere $5? Instead of sending around anti-Sarah Palin e-mails, crusading or whatever it is you do, make a donation to Planned Parenthood in her name!
The benefits: After making a donation to Planned Parenthood in Sarah Palin’s name, they will send her a card telling her a donation has been made in her honor.
Make donations at the PP Web site (use this link or you could be directed to the wrong donation site). You will need an address to fill in to let Planned Parenthood know where to send the card in Sarah Palin’s honor. You can use the McCain campaign headquarters address:

My desk is looking pretty retarded right now. I know, I know, you can’t say “retarded” any more, it’s insensitive, but honestly, my desk looks a bit slow…like it occasionally tries to eat its own shoulder when it gets excited. In its bloated stupor, my desk is currently keeping the location of Tim Fite’s new album, “Fair Ain’t Fair” a secret from me.

It’s kinda pissing me off, but much like a child with autism, you can’t get mad at the desk; it’s not it’s fault it’s being difficult. I still want to track the album down, though, because it’s being released tomorrow, and we were one of the sites that premiered a video clip from the album (in our case, the song “Rats & Rags”). I know I’ve been blogging about it incessantly, but honestly, if I didn’t have a good impression of this piece of folk-y, hip-hop-informed pop I wouldn’t be so enthusiastic. If only I could locate my copy…
Check out the Pop Matters Blog, they posted a cool write up about Fite and “Fair Ain’t Fair.” The album’s out tomorrow, 5/6 on Anti-.

Yep, that’s my belief. Not just because Brit said that his voice sounds like mine. Check out this clip we premiered from his new album Fair Ain’t Fair, available 5/8 on Anti Records. Enjoy!.

The other day we premiered a teaser for Tim Fite’s new album, Fair Ain’t Fair . It’s going to be put out on Anti- Records, which released albums by Tom Waits, Elliott Smith, Jolie Holland, Neko Case and a whole bunch of other badasses, so Fair Ain’t Fair will be in good company. Check out the vid, leave a comment, let the Internet guide your every decision.
Fite just finished a tour with former Primus maniac and every 16-year-old bassist’s wet dream, Les Claypool. Keep your eyes peeled for Fair Ain’t Fair, available May 6th.

We here at the world renown Synthesis Blog are happy to announce the premeire of Tim Fite’s “Rats & Rags” video from his forthcoming album Fair Ain’t Fair, available in stores on 5.06.08 on Anti- Records. If this teaser is any indication, Fair Ain’t Fair will be Fite’s most accomplished album yet.
I gotta be honest: first time I heard Tim Fite a few years back, I was not impressed. However, judging by this clip, I am going to rock Tim Fite’s new one hard, toss it around like a ragdoll. We suggest you do the same. Plus, I’m feeling a little inspired. My roommate tends to sleep heavily when he’s been drinking….I wonder what he’ll think when he wakes up tomorrow saran-wrapped to his bed.
I am mature.
