The Abominable Iron Sloth has officially broken up, presumably for good. From Myspace:
Hey all,
Thanks to everyone for your support of the band, but it is no more. Our latest round of members have gone home and I think I’ve had enough. I’ve been doing this for 3 years now and I’m tired of trying to beg people to tour Europe with me, so I’m going to focus on my other forms of art that don’t require commitment from other human beings. Any music I play in the future will most likely be with synthesizers and drum machines until I can figure out how to make robots. I’m going to start taking writing a little more seriously as well as making more metal sculptures under the Good Godfrey’s House of Conception banner. Both of which will be posted on my personal page, so feel free to add me if you like. I do have one more album worth of sloth material in me, and I’d like to record it if possible, but I need to find a label willing to give me a few thousand bucks to record it first. I guess that’s about it. Thanks to everyone who made this band possible, and maybe I’ll see you around.

I think I’ve done a good job describing what this article is about in the above pictoral sequence.
Burger King bomb threat: customer wanted it ‘his way’
By Nate Carlisle
The Salt Lake TribuneArticle Last Updated:10/24/2006 10:15:13 AM MDT
Salt Lake City police say a man phoned in a bomb threat because he wanted it his way.
A man tried to walk through the drive-through window at a Burger King at 200 East and 400 South around 9:30 p.m. Monday, according to police.
When the restaurant staff told him they didn’t serve pedestrians at the window, the man beat on the glass and then stepped to a nearby pay phone in sight of the staff, police said.
The suspect then called police and made a bomb threat on the Burger King, police said. The man was found a few minutes later at 400 South and West Temple and has been arrested on suspicion of making a bomb threat.
