ComBATON, essentially a twisted mix of poor kung-fu and football, had to have been created in a late night, somkey bong session. I imagine while watching old ESPN hilights, one couch potato said to the other, “Man, this would be so much better… WITH NINJAS!’.
Fast forward to me stumbling along ComBATON.com, the official website of the ’sport’. What kind of pisses me off is that this is now being taught in some schools (the clip below is from a FL school), which means that someone’s tax dollars are paying for idiot high school kids running around a gym, throwing sticks and kicking each other. It sounds like a badass idea, doesn’t it? A team of martial artists are going at each other in football, and instead of blocking they throw Street Fighter II style dragon kicks! Yea, after some careful research, it’s just not that cool. FAIL.

I may have agreed with him if he said this stuff about A.D.D., but autism? That shit is no joke man. I wouldn’t have believed he said this shit if I didn’t hear it myself. Now you can hear it yourself too:

This weekend I got a chance to join Los Angeles-based comedy group/saviors of rock Fortress of Attitude for a few shows. They were down a bassist and I was glad to fill in. I even had a snazzy gay sailor outfit to match their particular stage-dress idiom.

On Friday we made our way to Oakland, CA, and ended up performing in a warehouse art space called the Ghost House. We performed with several Oakland bands (Kool Teen, Pinched Nerve and Anderson Congress) in the space the house uses to create children’s videos.

The series is called Showbeast, and it’s the kind of kids show you’d probably think twice about showing your kids. Enjoy.
The brain hat is what we used to collect the money. FYI, people like to give you money when you use a brain hat.

Video Matt cruised down to kick it with his homies Metro Station last night in Berkeley, as their current tour with The Maine, Boys Like Girls and Good Charlotte came through town. He sat down with Trace Cyrus himself to discuss the recent buhshit with tranny Myspace biznatch Jeffree Star. Check it out.

As the work day closes and your mind is dwindling off into space, check out this YouTube user’s page. BunnyGreenhouse has taken the liberty of creating mash-up videos to every song off of G.T.’s new release, Feed the Animals (only 6 so far). This shit is insane. Bravo good sir, Bravo.
