A man in New York filed a lawsuit after finding a knife with a 7-inch blade baked into the bread of his “Cold Cut Trio” foot-long Subway sandwich.
Joe Agnesini, 26-years-old, said he had eaten some of the sandwich when saw the knife sticking out. He is seeking $1 million from the chain restaurant. And I just ate Subway yesterday, great. Hopefully this is just another finger-in-the-chili incident because where else would I buy ridiculously cheap sandwiches?

I call BS!
Sounds like a gold-bricking fraud to me.
Subway sandwiches will not be cheap for long if these
idiots and their attorneys keep filing bogus lawsuits
Wow, seriously a 7″ inch blade in a 6″ sandwich and he had to take a few bites before he reached it. HMMMMMMMM, where did the story start to fall apart?
doesnt subway cut the bread in half before makeing the sandwhich?
Do these idiots understand that hard working americans end up paying for this. Get a life and a job.
Nathan… A “Foot” long sandwich is 12inches, not 6inches.
I’m with candace and nathan. Subway always cuts a foot long sandwach in half. If there was a 7 inch blade in it 1. Subway employees would have noticed since they couldn’t cut through and 2. If he went to eat one half of the foot long if somehow it had been divided in two, he would have seen it, since 7in > 6in. What a waste of a lawsuit.
I guess it could always happen that they didn’t cut it in half because they were missing the knife…. but I doubt it.
