Subway always cuts a foot long sandwach in half. If there was a 7 inch blade in it 1. Subway employees would have noticed since they couldn't cut through and 2. If he went to eat one half of the foot long if somehow it had been divided in two, he would have seen it, since 7in > 6in. What a waste of a lawsuit.
