I was hitch-hiking out of Santa Rosa last month and some old man picked me up, we talked and he asked me ... "Chico Still has those amazing Oak trees downtown right? They had all sorts of records set in the Oak category. Those Oak trees *were* chico... Robin Hood!", It sucked when I had to tell him "Nope they chopped them all down, made a concrete monstrosity equipped with Masonic plaques ... all to make some greedy hell-bound contractor rich and ensure that Chico was New-World-Order compatible."
