Earlier today, Filter reported on the upcoming Europe and US tours from Bright Eyes wunderkind Conor Oberst. He’ll be joined by James Barone’s future wife Jenny Lewis (of Rilo Kiley) and The Evangelicals, the latter who I know absolutely nothing about. Homework time… What I do know is that Conor’s forthcoming solo album will be released on one of the only labels I love more than Saddle Creek, Merge Records.

If you see a longhaired dude looking like Jesus while pushing 14-year-old scene whores out of the way at his San Francisco show, feel free to say hi to me.
