The problem I have with the situation is not that they refused to serve it to me, its that they served it to me every day, twice a day, for a year or more, only suddenly deciding it was somehow wrong on a hungover Monday morning in front of a line of customers, which as was made obvious by the District Manager's email, was not even in line with Starbucks policy anyway. I could care less if looking to save a couple bucks makes me a "mediocre consumer" with "pedestrian tastes." Maybe someday I'll acquire a more refined palate, but for now I'll just stick to what works and leave being "cool and intelligent" to the people who actually care. Manthri,
