Sure lets blame video games for the 50 billionth fucking time! I'm sure Mortal Kombat is to blame for children being proficient in martial arts too. It's all about a scape-goat, the blame has to go somewhere right?! There are certain mental disorders and diseases that are to blame for some of the most horrific criminal bahvior to date. Anyone whos stuffed there nose into a beginners criminal psychology text can tell you that video games, music, and movies have less to do with the common criminal mind than people would like to think. But if we blame Grand Theft Auto well it'll give reporters something to talk about. Think about it: How often do you hear a news anchor discussing a homicide that was commited by someone who was found to have a brain disease or severe mental disorder? Thay blame media so people can better relate to the subject matter. Dumbing it down. Grand Theft Auto is not to blame. Ignorance, maybe.
