“Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends.” Say it out loud. Now repeat it. Kind of a long-winded, indie-ass mouthful of a title, innit? Hopefully it’s just a display of gilding the lily, because that last Coldplay album was kind of a boner (despite worldwide sales of 10 Million copies…). But it’s been well documented that when they’re on, those Brits can pen a mean pop tune. Plus, Brian Eno co-produced “Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends,” so signs point to yes on this one. Fingers crossed until I get an advance.
