		<description>The point of contention touted in the press is that the suit does not increase buoyancy.  But it really does alter performance:
- the compression of fat reduces wobble and resistance.
- the girdle helps alignment.
How far would FINA really go? - I can envision liposuction and how about sub-dermal length-wise implants to keep alignment. Or you could surgically have more fat implanted to increase buoyancy. 
Should we really be altering the sport this much? I do think there is something to be said for swimming in the nude at the Olympics.</description>
