Other countries have been manipulating the weather for years, including the U.S.A. What most people fail to realize is that when you manipulate the weather, you in fact have absolute control over the lives, ( or deaths) of all the people on this planet. Say, for instance, China decided that South America should receive less annual rain-fall than normal... dirctely the crops would be affected, indirectly, South Americans would be effected. Lost of farms, starvation, food rationing, war, wide scale poverty and death. Or, maybe China decided to send a hurricane or two. in the direction of a country ithey felt was over-populated. Reason being, China feels the country they have targeted for the hurricane has a population they viewed as, "getting a little bit out of control"... Hurricane = Instant population reduction! Or maybe a Tornaedo, in a area that is impoverished..... again death and population reduction. With this kind of power, a rich, technologically advanced nation could virtually wipe a poorer nation off the map, simply by manipulating the weather! Now, if most people do not recognize the increased testing of weather manipulation and its incredible impact around the globe, then they truly are zombies, as most of the current horror movies depict ,with an all too clear message! Message is, " You are asleep" a complete walking, talking, Zombie..... All these daily major catastophes related to weather are clear signs of the testing and eventual perfection of the manipulation of weather. We are but guinea pigs in this firght for power & control in this grand experiment! So, China, I applaud you for your honesty and universal people, wake the FUCK up! hmmm,
