Drunk 4-Year Old Taken From Oklahoma School

A four year old girl was reportedly taken from preschool in Oklahoma for strange behavior and having alcohol on her breath. They took the girl to the hospital and everything is fine now, though the situation is being investigated. Currently the little girl is in the hands of the Department of Human Services, and will be until the source of the alcohol is made clear. Bizarre?
