Black Lips and a Zebra

Vice Records’ the Black Lips have signed on to star in Let it Be, a movie about the underground post-punk DIY culture set in 1980s NYC.

They will be playing a band called The Renegades.

Side note: I’m pretty sure the film is named after the Replacements record and not that of the Beatles, and that’s a good start…
