It was an epic weekend of rock here in Chico (Helmet on Friday and Down on Saturday).

Our man Dana Hocking interviewed Rex Brown (the podcast is here) and Armed for Apocalypse guitarist/Synthesis contributer Cayle Hunter interviewed Down guitarist Kirk Windstein and drummer Jimmy Bower last night at the Senator Theater.
