I don’t know. Federation is one of my favorite rap groups, but I can’t say this one is hitting is hitting me off the bat. Granted, “18 Dummy” didn’t register the first listen but the second and third time I was hooked, not the case here. But as the album title says It’s Whateva.

Stream “College Girl” here, and please tell me I’m wrong. Regardless, album drops June 26th and that my friends is great news.
