Are the mysterious black dogs of England and Latin America somehow connected to the UFO phenomena, or are people just really that bored and desperate that they would:

A) Assume that people who see ghostly black dogs with glowing red eyes aren’t just fucked in the dome.
B) Assume that people who see UFO aren’t just fucked in the dome.
C) Posit that somehow the two are related.

I mean, I’ll believe it. Fuck it. What do I have to lose? My whole feeling on aliens and shit is on some Pascal’s Wager kind of shit. I mean, all things being equal, why the fuck not?
