Ben Morgan

Synthesis’ favorite documentary director Ben Morgan is applying for On The Lot, which was created by Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett; a competition in which 16 filmmakers will produce short films in every genre every week. Viewers vote on who gets eliminated. In the end, the winning filmmaker gets a $1 Million development deal!

At the very least, this is a great opportunity for a small independent film like Quality of Life (see Synthesis print issue 06) to get some exposure. (Very best, they get to make another movie!) And voting is relatively painless — only takes about 60 seconds to sign up.
