When you drive the wrong way down the 134 Freeway in Burbank, CA, you might get pulled over. Nichole Richie must have missed the ‘Wrong Way Do Not Enter’ signs when she was getting on the off ramp. Arrested at 7:15 am while stopped in the Car Pool Lane, facing the wrong direction of traffic, Richie admitted to smoking pot and poppin’ vicodin…which had her system on gurp. At least this proves that she doesn’t purge!
