This picture is by a graffiti artist that goes by the name Crude Oil who is affiliated with A.K.A. NYC. Worth every fucking penny, Also Known As puts out a graffiti/street art book that is supreme, in terms of the style, layout and packaging, as compared to other graf books and magazines. A piece of art in itself, AKA is put out by the same crew that runs the website and forums 12oz Prophet which has been a staple in the NYC graf game for a minute. As a bonus to buying their new AKA Volume 01, a card with a password to access their ‘private’ section gives viewers more of an insight on who these cats really are.
