RAPPER SHOT: As headlines go, it's kinda like dog bites man. Early this morning, hip-hop star Fabolous was shot in the leg by an unknown assailant while standing in a Manhattan parking garage with three members of his posse after leaving a party at Diddy’s New York restaurant Justin’s when an unidentified man approached him and opened fire. Fabolous and his crew fled the scene in a white Dodge Magnum and were pulled over by police after running a red light. Officials arrested the four men after discovering two unlicensed firearms in the vehicle. Criminal charges are expected to be filed for illegal weapon possession. Fabolous is currently in a New York City hospital recovering from his injury. (10/17p)
